Include Me Games and Active for Life Games events are back!
This July, Everyone Active, in partnership with Solihull Council, is running its Include Me Games and Active for Life Games events, back for the first time since pre-pandemic.
Running across both North Solihull Sports Centre and Tudor Grange Leisure Centre, as well as external providers, activities will include Hatha Yoga, Forever Fit, Health Walks, Table Tennis, Gym Access, Nifty Fifties, Disability Swim, Rowing Sessions, Inclusive Boxercise, and much more!
Both Games run for the whole week with the Include Me Games kicking off w/c 11 July, offer people with disabilities the chance to experience a range of activities, and the Active for Life Games from w/c 18 July, targeted at people over 50+.
Both centres and external providers will be delivering a range of sessions, all free of charge!
The Games are a great way for people to get together, experience new sports and most importantly, have fun!
