Look forward to lunchtime with Mell Square

Did somebody say it’s lunchtime?

Add a little excitement to your next lunch break at one of our many eateries here at Mell Square. Whether you’re looking for a grab-and-go meal or a unique tasting menu experience we’ve got all options covered…

Coffee, cakes and sandwiches galore

If you’re after a quick bite to eat, Mell Square is a great option. Café Isabella is just one of our many independent eateries, offering unique lunch dishes alongside an entire vegan and gluten-free menu for those with specific dietary requirements.

And don’t forget, Caffè Nero and Costa are on hand too, offering a range of takeaway lunch options to suit everyone’s needs, from salads to sausage rolls and paninis to Pastel de Natas.

If you have a little more time, grab a table in the sunshine at Vita to try their menu full of tantalising options – we’re talking all-day pancakes, banana and Biscoff waffles and bagels to name but a few!

Taste Collective

Why not mix up your lunchtime with a visit to one of Solihull’s most unique food and drink destinations, Taste Collective? With an ever-changing roster of traders, no visit to Taste Collective is the same.

Current traders include Stripclub Streetfood who are serving up irresistible burgers like the mouth-watering bacon Biscoff burger, and Cleopatra’s Kitchen providing top-notch Egyptian street food. We’re hungry just thinking about it!

Sit-down and slow down

Who says you can’t treat yourself to a little bit of indulgence during your lunch break? Taking time out of the day to pause and enjoy some good food can be the perfect way to unwind during a busy afternoon.

For the best in fine dining, be sure to check out new restaurant on the block Toffs, led by acclaimed local chef Rob Palmer. The lunch menu offers a four or five-course tasting menu using a blend of modern and classic British cooking techniques, alongside the freshest and finest ingredients from each season.

Alternatively, Tap & Tandoor is Solihull’s first independent gastropub and the ideal place for a chilled-out lunch with friends, serving up quality mixed grills and homestyle curries all in a lively atmosphere.

Esabella’s is another independent gem on the Mell Square scene, a social eating house and bar that brings high-end food into a new dining experience, with dishes such as pan-fried salmon, fillet steak and gnocchi in a mushroom sauce on offer.
