Something Treemendous is coming to Solihull!

A humungous dose of magic is coming to Solihull this July in the form of the 9-foot fully-mobile lumbering tree-men, Tremendous. As part of series of events commissioned by Culture Solihull to accompany The Queen’s Baton Relay on Tuesday 26th July, these lovable, towering Treants are sure to bring delight, tree humour and a plethora of insta-worthy photo opportunities.

Formed in 2015, Megabeast Productions has already found a hit with its Treemendous characters, which have regularly proved a hit with visitors at events across the country. The Treants are performed by experienced street performers John Godbolt and James Guiver on stilts and in full detailed costumes.

On their trek through Solihull on Tuesday 26th July, the Treants can be found at Babbs Mill Park, Kingshurst from 9:00-9:30 am, from 2.20-2.50pm at Lavender Hall Park, Berkswell and at Hope Coppice, Shirley from 4.50-5.20pm.
